Ready Mix Concrete and Construction Supplies announced that its profits jumped by 42% to JOD 2.01 million in the first half of 2014 compared to JOD 1.41 million in the same period of 2013.

Sales contributed in the profit increase as it reached JOD 3.3 million in the first half compared to JOD 2.6 million in the first half of the last year.

Earnings per share hit JOD 0.081 against JOD 0.057 in the first half last year.

In the second quarter, the company profits increased by 57.5% to JOD 1.4 million against JOD 889.5 thousand in the second quarter of the last year.
